US Virgin Islands

Saint Thomas // Water Island // Hans Lollik Island // Congo Cay // Saint John // Saint Croix // Buck Island

DAY ONE

Saint Thomas

Arrive at the capital of the U.S Virgin Islands, St. Thomas, at its main town, Charlotte Amelie. Formerly a Dutch trading port, this location is filled with history as you stroll past buildings from the 17th century. For thrill seekers, take a ride on the Skyride. It whisks you 700 ft. high allowing you to see some of the neighboring British Virgin Islands! Head to the Mountain Top Bar, the highest point in St. Thomas, and sip on what can be considered as the most scenic daiquiri while gazing out into the wide expanse of the Caribbean Islands, all displaying their spark of magic, inviting you to come back and visit them aboard your luxury charter yacht!

DAY TWO

Water Island

Honeymoon Beach, Water island’s main attraction is as charming as it sounds and ideal for snorkeling! Sea turtle sightings happen quite often! For the explorers, Fort Segarra offers an interesting touch of history as an underground fort for the protection of submarines during WW2 that was never used, yet the emplacements remain and leave you with a sense of wonder. At night, plan to watch a movie under the stars! Heidy’s Honeymoon Grill hosts a spectacular movie night with a huge screen suspended between two coconut trees; talk about island life!

DAY THREE

Hans Lollik Island

Revel at the beauty of the USVIs as you cruise past Savana and the Brass Islands. This day is replete with discovery, adventure, and awe. Prior to arriving at Hans Lollik Island, stop by the Brass Islands for diving and snorkeling; the best spots are around Outer Brass, a coral encrusted granite slab with an 80-foot drop! Continue to Hans Lollik, a picture-perfect private island paradise with wildlife and soothing sands perfect for sun-bathing. During your relaxation hour, you may notice wild donkeys strolling past as you sip on your coconut water! The crew sets up a quaint BBQ setting for dinner and evening drinks on the scenic Coconut Beach.

DAY FOUR

Congo Key

After a full night’s rest, cruise Southeast toward Congo Cay. Thatch Cay is another private island containing a flurry of wildlife while Grass and Mingo cays feature impressive rock layers that seem to stab at the deep blue water below. At Congo Cay, the biodiversity is plentiful as you encounter rays, octopus, squid, turtles, and an array of fish species! Come back onboard and watch the vibrancy of colors reflecting from the water as you have a sunset dinner with friends and family.

DAY FIVE

Saint John

Two-thirds of St. John are designated as a national park, making the island an optimal location for hiking and exploring. Magical trails trace the coastline and offer vantage points that overlook the expanse of the surrounding islands. On the North end of the island, venture into Peace Hill, relax at Trunk Bay, and then become awe-struck by the inherent beauty of the Cinnamon Bay Plantation Ruins. Before dusk, enjoy a laid-back dinner at the funky Skinny Legs Restaurant accompanied by lively music and the best Painkiller served in the islands!

DAY SIX

Saint Croix

St. Croix is the biggest U.S Virgin Island and has a plethora of land activities: golf, island tours, exploration of scenic forests by jeep, outdoor jazz concerts, shopping, dining, catching crab races at a local bar, and horse races at the track. For divers, “The Wall” is an infamous barrier reef teeming with coral, sponges, schools of tropical fish, sea turtles, and more. As the day comes to a close, enjoy a tropical island dinner at one of the many restaurants in Christiansted.

DAY SEVEN

Buck Island

Delight in hiking to the crest of Buck island, perhaps savor the beautiful coral reef as you follow the underwater trail or sit quietly and watch the sea. The hardest part may be choosing what to do while enjoying the Caribbean Sea on your charter yacht! For a good workout, there is a trail starting from either Deidrichs Point or West Beach that leads you to an incredible observation point, providing a stunning overview of the coral reefs and darker, deeper waters farther out, as the island’s underwater shelf falls in the Puerto Rican trench, 5,000 feet deep. End the day perfectly with a themed dinner onboard.
